Changing the way you eat is a powerful way into to changing your life, because the way we eat affects everything else.
If you want to change your weight and / or improve your health, your fitness and your energy, we take a close look together at where you are at, where you want to be and work out, how you will get from one to the other, according to your type.
We will work out a gentle detox plan and a strategy of how and what to change and you will receive some recipes you can play with.
This can be a one-time session or as coaching during the process of change.
Johanna is specialized and experienced in a raw vegan plant-based diet, which does not imply that you have to become raw vegan yourself. You will be guided and advised in taking your own path, letting go of what does not suit you anymore, creating clean new eating habits, strengthening your body’s immunity and so creating the new basis of your well-being.
